Beef stir fry

Ingredients

  • 380ml Water
  • 1 pack Beef Noodies
  • 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 500grams Beef strips coated in flour
  • 2 Cups bell peppers
  • Suate with a little oil

Methods

For Beef Noodies

  • Add Beef seasoning which is found inside the Beef Noodies Pack.
  • Let it cook for 1 minute.
  • Remove from the burner and set it aside

For the Sauce

  • Place an empty cooking bowl on the burner.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of garlic and stir.
  • Add 1/3 cup of Teriyaki Sauce
  • Add 1/3 cup of Soy Sauce
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Rice vinegar
  • Add 1/2 cup of water
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Brown sugar
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Chilli Flakes
  • Stir well.
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Remove from the burner and set aside.

For the Beef

  • Place an empty pan on the burner then add 1 table spoon of cooking oil
  • Place an empty pan on the burner then add 1 table spoon of cooking oil
  • Add 500 grams of beef strips coated in flour
  • Let them cook till they turn brown this will take 5 minutes
  • Empty the beef strips from the pan and onto a plate
  • Add 2 cups of Bell peppers then add Suate with a little oil. 
  • Stir then add the beef strips back.
  • Add the sauce that we set aside earlier
  • Let is simmer a bit.

For the last bit

  • Then mix in the Beef noodies we cooked earlier making sure they are all cover up in the sauce.
  • Turn off the burner to avoid overcooking.
  • Now the food is ready to serve, enjoy while it is still hot.
